Terms of Service

AxisMind provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages, qualifies leads, and books appointments on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or spam.
• Send SMS or calls to recipients without lawful basis (TCPA, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overages may apply on usage-metered features. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. We may end or modify trials at any time.

You retain ownership of your business data, lead data, and call/SMS content. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

AI responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-handled conversations and configuring your knowledge base. Do not rely on AxisMind for legal, medical, or financial advice.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may cause downtime. Enterprise contracts may include a separate SLA.

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify AxisMind Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
