Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by use of the Service, and information from third parties you connect.

• Account data: name, email, password, business name.
• Customer interaction data: inbound/outbound calls, SMS messages, voicemails, call recordings, and chat transcripts handled by your AI employee.
• Lead data: contact info and intent details captured during AI conversations.
• Billing data: processed by our payments provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log files, device info, IP address, cookies.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Train and fine-tune your account's AI employee on your business.
• Send transactional emails (welcome, appointment confirmations, lead notifications).
• Detect fraud, abuse, and ensure compliance with applicable law.
• Communicate updates, security alerts, and support messages.

We do not sell your data. We do not use customer call/SMS content to train third-party AI models.

Our SMS features are TCPA-aligned. End users texted by your AI employee can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You agree to only initiate SMS conversations with recipients from whom you have a lawful basis to contact.

We share data with a limited set of subprocessors under data-protection agreements:

• Cloud hosting & database (Lovable Cloud)
• Payments processing (Stripe)
• Email delivery (Lovable Emails)
• Telephony & SMS (carrier providers)
• AI inference providers

We retain account data for the lifetime of your account. Call recordings and conversation transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; you may configure shorter retention or delete on demand. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@axismind.ai; we respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to privacy@axismind.ai.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies; you can disable them in your browser.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
